Esri is an admitted attorney and conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa.
She boasts a specialization in private law spanning some 15 years, and she has a keen interest in Family, Labour and Property Law.
Esri has experience with labour broking related services (she previously worked at a Labour Broker with 1,500 employees where she attended to disciplinary and CCMA hearings) and remains keenly involved in property developments, where she collaborates regularly with town planners, developers, surveyors and bringing a development dream to fruition. She also attends to general transfers and conveyancing related matters.
Esri has established the independent trustee services department at the firm assisting both family and commercial trusts with the need for an appointment of an independent trustee.
A personal client service relationship is Esri’s primary philosophy in discharging her mandate and responsibility towards her clients.
Gabriella obtained her LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2013 and graduated from the School for Legal Practice in 2014. She worked for a in a labour and human resources consulting company thereafter before commencing with her articles of clerkship.
Gabriella was admitted as an attorney in 2015.
In 2017 Gabriella was appointed a director at Barnaschone Attorneys, where she headed up the litigation, family law and employment department, acting for both employers and employees. Gabriella was also responsible for the mentorship programme for the firm’s candidate attorneys. She gained valuable experience in commercial and company law, including drafting of complex commercial agreements and commercial litigation.
Gabriella also received her accreditation as a commercial mediator from Conflict Dynamics and CEDR in 2015, and has successfully resolved disputes through mediation, in a number of family, labour law and commercial matters.
Gabriella takes a client- centric approach to the resolution of disputes, placing emphasis on the specific needs of each particular client. Gabriella is passionate about business development and focuses her legal advice on the larger commercial interests and strategy of her clients.
Michelle is an admitted attorney who holds a post-graduate qualification in Compliance Management with UCT, with a focus on corporate governance, compliance risk management and data governance.
Her focus areas are family and commercial law, with a particular interest in commercial litigation, drafting of contracts and curatorship related matters.
Michelle is a dedicated and hardworking professional, with a particular interest in problem-solving.
